Dandy Randy created a new profile, just so no one would call out his racist statements! (i would guess in person..LOL) Don't worry Randy, no harm will come to the police from CK's statements. That was his whole point, no one is holding them accountable for their ILLEGAL actions! You are safe! CK choose his own platform to make HIS own statements, just like us OLD guys on this board. Its kinda like that guy on everyone's team that can Hit, but doesn't know how to Hit and if you can't figure it out, guess what? you're that guy! | Aug. 5, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Western National Championships Congrats to AZ Elite on winning the 50 Major + division...You guys sure have our #!(Rated Athletics) We'll try you again in Vegas, if we decide to play....It's always a pleasure to compete against you guys & that little Shit Chuckie is one hell of a pitcher....MTC you guys are to be congratulated also....It a hard thing to beat ANY team 3 time in the same tournament...Good Job!! I did however Almost throw a NO HITTER SHUT OUT against you guys in the 1st games, but had to settle for the 2 hitter....lol |

Should we welcome the Nor Cal Warriors to SSUSA's Major + Division?.....If you don't get moved up for Vegas after winning 2 tournaments, then SSUSA should move us (Rated Athletics) back to 50 Majors!!! I know it won't happen because of how flawed SSUSA's system is when it comes to ratings (i.E. George) So please enjoy your winnings & I hope you guys get to win the triple Crown for your great 2013 season! |
| July 26, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Yellow Combat MM Gear vs Blue MM Gear Mike, I know you say Combat wouldn't lie...But we had this conversation months ago & I believe they ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING THE SAME BAT! Not even close.... I had 4 yellow MM (still have 1 left) I purchased 2 blue MM from you, and they didn't even come close to performing the way the Yellow MM performed....Case in point, I can offer my 27oz Yellow MM with about 50 swings on it RIGHT NOW, & someone will offer me at least $300 for it....will the blue get the same offer? I think not! Michigan, Buy the White Centenarian, you'll be happier with that one!!! The blue MM will disappoint you in the long run...IMO |

| July 24, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: 50 Major + Western Nationals Hi Dave, Why can’t my small division start our double elimination bracket play Friday evening? I played SPA in Dalton last weekend, 15 team bracket, 2 seeding games Friday am, then double elimination bracket play started Friday afternoon for all teams & only 3 teams made it to Sunday, all others went home Saturday & there were NO NIGHT GAMES PLAYED!…..For this tourney, unless I missed something, all pool play for the 50’s games on Friday commence around 3pm, & we finish our pool play Friday around 11am, giving the 3 teams a little rest in between games & can easily finish the tournament at the schedule times on Saturday evening if we start our elimination games Friday….…I understand the total team partication in ALL divisions & having to accommodate everyone…..IMO it just seems a little over kill to drag out a 3 team bracket over 3 days!!!!! Dave my friend, you being the bracket guru you are, I’m sure you can find a way….LOL Ron Rated Athletics |

| July 9, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Playing out of your division in a tournament Swing, Last year in Mesquite, a major + team was put in the Major division * although they didn't win the tournament, they did eliminate a few Major teams from the tournament, which I thought wasn't fair, even with the equalizer in place....I was playing with Tommy about AAA beating Major's......But you're right it SHOULD never happen....lol |

I still can’t believe that 50 major team didn’t beat you AAA’ers twice!….LOL |

| June 30, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Why Do Some Guys Lose It Sooner HJ, Thanks for the tip...I too have read those studies...My question would be what is too much water intake.....For me I think my intake is correct, if you had a chance to see how much I sweat on a give day, you might agree with my intake!...I'm not over weight...6'2 215 but let's take a 3 game day on a 80 degrees day, I may go though 3- 5 shirts SOAKED! I will take some Electro ligths on very warm days for playing but always drinking water.... |
| June 30, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Major Plus The issues with breaking up the teams, means the guys leaving will have to find other teams to play on or try to recruit & run their own team…Which if anyone has tried to run a team and deal with 12-20 different type of guys is a JOB in its self! Then your team has a good season the 1st year & have to disband again? NOT! I think breaking up a team is not the answer!! Most guys play on teams from their area, regular less of their team classification…As someone has stated here, not all of the major + teams are sponsored.. ..As too recruit & fly guys to theses tournaments... |

That way we can call one another & ask the question “Is your team playing in XYZ tournament” Cool we’ll be there also…The Manteca tournament for the Nor Cal Senior Championships is one for an example!!! Can my Southern Cal Rated Athletics team play in this one? I know it’s a nice tournament; I’ve played in it a couple of years back…. @ Jawood I hear you loud & clear on the age different from 40’s to 55’s! Isn’t it funny how when we were in our 40’s our talent level for playing the game was SO MUCH HIGHER? That’s why we can compete against them with a 10-15 year age different……… You are correct about the Index rating or as I like to call it “that BS team disruption formula” Thank you for telling us your concerns with playing against the 40’s, our team only has 3- 55 players on the roster, the rest just turned 50 this year or last! So we will give it a go & see if we can’t PISS off some of those younger’s by beating up on them….lol |
| June 29, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Major Plus @Beasley, I understand the injury reports….I’m playing for Rated Athletics 50 major’s #22 in Dalton Look me up & I’ll buy you a beer or two…..@Tim, yes I think the 40 division is the answer if you looking at playing a few more teams then they have in 50 +….…I also like the 2 day tourneys that the 40 division play!!!!! Staff you say NW Legends won the 1st 40 they play in but wouldn’t do it again! It would be nice to hear their displeasure of the division! We may just come to the Western nationals as a 50+, but that depends on who showing up……If MTC, AZ Elite, NW Legends,& Nazzerino show up we may enter the western nationals n…….What 50 + teams are going to the WESTERN NATIONAL? As it stands now, if you look at all the 50 + teams in the nation, I can only count about 10, the 5 that I mention above, plus OKI, KC Barons, Summerville & Roberts, I know Team 1 Sports is active but don’t think their coming to the West Coast for Vegas……so if everyone shows up for Vegas there should be a 10-12 team bracket in the 50’s major + division! That’s makes a nice competitive tournament! |
| June 28, 2013 Rightrj | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Why Do Some Guys Lose It Sooner What I have notice in a lot of guys is their water intake...Don't get me wrong everyone's body is different * I really believe most folks don't listen to their bodies...I do the Spin Bike 3 days a week & hit BP twice a week, but the thing that I truly believe keeps me going is my WATER intake....I drink on a daily bases at least 100oz a day...I can sweat with the best of them, which in my opinion makes me always cleaning & flushing out that crap that we put in our bodies! Most young people do not like & won’t drink water! Try increasing your water intake & see what it does to your Stamina? I'm 57 & take NO medication what's so ever! |
