| Jan. 2, 2013 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: place best hitters last strategy Over this past season our 9 thru 12 hitters had about 20-25 fewer at bats then the top eight, why would you take the bat on of your best hitters that many times for what reason??? This is one of the dumbest ideas I have heard of. Just my opinion but I won't do it as a coach or want it done to me as a hitter. |
| Dec. 27, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Texas State Championship-2013 We played at the BLD in league City for the national Senior games(2011) and had no restriction on bat usage, most of us used mikens. |
| Dec. 9, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: AAA Home Run Outs LP, hate to disagree but if you check the Eastern and western nationals and Rock N reno results you would see plenty of games over the 3 home run rule in all three. |
| Nov. 19, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: WESTERN WORLDS 2013 Very disappointed Westerns National won't be in Aurora, had a great time this year plus one of the easiest in and out(airport) that we attended this year. Don't know if we will go to Sac town, as we will go to the Rock N Reno in May. |

| Oct. 23, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Softball team fund raisers Sponoring and running a local senior tournaments can be a big winner. Have you guys do all the work, field maint. and umpiring. We do it early in the year before league play starts. Gives teams a chance to play a few games and helps in our funding for the year. |
| Oct. 8, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: LV World Tournament Discussion Hate the 1 and 1 count to start, we played 7 games in Vegas and all went 7 innings, how many teams had games that didn't go seven innings, with 65 minutes plus open inning, every game should have gone 7??? I agree three seeding games then DE. East-West champions should get top seeding or game not count towards seeding postion. |
| Oct. 2, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: 60 AAA,worlds Both of those teams will do real well in the major Division next year, they have the players to do some real damage, if was fun playing both of the this year. |
| Sept. 15, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: SLIDING!! Kid. I've slide around 100 plus times in the past couple years and have never made connect with a infieder, I've had them fall on me making the catch, but there is a different in sliding to reach a base verus trying to hurt so one, second one is not call for in senior ball. The day they outlaw sliding I will retire. |
| Sept. 14, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: SLIDING!! Kid32,I for one would have a better chance of getting hurt by not sliding then going in standing up. Glad their cut off your comments on SPA and Ridge, because you were way off base. |
| Sept. 14, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: SLIDING!! HJ, I'm talking about the 55-65 age group. 50 do it more often and 70 much less, but their a few. |
| Sept. 13, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: SLIDING!! I slide on all close plays, but I'm only one of 3 or 4 on our team that does all the time, most go in standing. I would bet the average is less then 20% that slide anytime in senior ball. |
| Aug. 11, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: Players looking to join a team Discussion: Vegas Sept 28-30 Tournament Srsbnut you must play in a qualifier with the team that you want to play with, that is the rule. |
| Aug. 7, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: EASTERN NATIONAL'S 2012 • Game Scores and Bracket Results Anyone know who won the 60AAA division??? |
| Aug. 7, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Team pictures and action pictures from Colorado Jack, found them thanks. |
| Aug. 7, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Team pictures and action pictures from Colorado Jack, can't find teams pictures for the Western nationals on your site, what m I doing wrong?? |
| July 26, 2012 JBTexas | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Round robin seeding Then it isn't a round robin, round robin you play everyone in the bracket, but I do see the problem. |
