65 division now going to be Wednesday and Thursday per Sacramento. Hat Man we knew this was going to happen when it was scheduled in El Paso, you are closer in Tucson then most teams in Texas are.

Discussion: WHAT IS WRONG WITH SENIOR BALL!!!!

Wow, would have loved a 8 AM start, we started on Friday in Georgetown Heart of Texas tournament at 6:30 AM, playing three in a row, our fault for losing one game of a best of 3. Hard to get started at the time much less play but it is what it is and same for both teams, actually 6 teams had to do the same thing.

Does playing for a team in Winter worlds or nationals count, then playing for another starting in 2017 count as your one move???

HatMan, our over 65 team from central Texas has gone the last five years, for my money best locations and field that we play at all year, beats the heck our of Vegas fields. Scrap Iron, along with SSUSA do a great job, this is were Western Nationals should be but that is a different story. Easy to fly to and get to the fields, and cheapest flights around.

Discussion: National Senior Games In Birmingham AL

Kev, in Minneapolis it was run as a 4 day tournament for each division but overall softball lasted 7 days. In 2011 it was a 6 day tournament for each division but to many teams complained about so it was reduced. Great event overall if you get a chance to attend especially if you can compete in more then just softball. Costly if just doing softball.

PoolShark and Wes you are incorrect every two years. 2015 Minneapolis and 2017 Birmingham. Been that way for years. 2013 Cleveland and 2011 in Houston. Check the NSG website.

Discussion: Speed up rules

If the pitchers come out throwing strikes the hitter will swing, it's the 3-0 counts that take time. Pitchers control the pace of the game and keep fielders their alert by throwing strikes.

BJ, before first pitch only comes into play if he just scored, other wise he can be called out anytime it is discovered while on base.

Gary, those point total are for Major plus players only, they are reduced for the lower division you play in. Check SPA website for HOF rules.
