I don't know if he's a moron but I know there are rules from using your hat to catch it and clothing on purpose... however I agree with you that it is a catch.. If you attempt to catch the ball and trap it on your body and secure before hitting the ground it's a catch!

Umpire had it right! Anytime there is obstruction by fielder the runner is awarded next base!

they were breaking out of the wrapper in 12 to 20 swings in Vegas last year.. think they have to get the durability issue taken care of first... they were very hot.

0, the only two piece bat I ever swung that I felt flexed more than a one piece bat was the Connection.. other than that, I never felt the flex of a two piece bat. IMO, that being said, I bet there is little to no difference between Melee and the Barrage..

Hookdup, from what I have heard they are getting better and have end loads now... We had that deal with the Green Bats a year ago.. Great cold weather bat for sure, it held up well.. sweet spot was small but if you managed to hit it there, it would go as far as anything in my bag.. FYI

Allen, looks like everyone wants you to go test it... What ever the story is.. I like to see the bats that are new on the market get a couple of hundred swings on them.. if they last 200 swings It would perk up my interest if it performs..
