Discussion: Confused about players joining teams for the Worlds

What I read in the rules on this subject is that no matter where they (players) are drawn from by rule it was to be done in writing no later than 30 days prior to the tourney. Isn't it too late?

Discussion: This should be the new pitching rule

no arc is the way to fix problem. for those against it try pitching one full game with no protection. i dont even pitch but no size cup would get me in there.
