Thanks Burt. SoCal played fantastic. We could not get them out. Lots of singles hitters, to all fields. Once Top Gun blew it against them, they were unstoppable!

Jeff, I will be at Anthem this weekend if you need details. Playing with Chain Link.
SSUSA, anyone playing on the baseball field is ridiculous, let alone the 70's!

Not about the home runs. It's about us old guys covering that much area in the outfield!

USMC21, the Bullhead City tournament is better run than any tournament director RS runs in Arizona.

Discussion: state directors changing rules

It's time for teams in Arizona and visiting states to wise up and stop paying money for this directors tournaments. Time and time again he comes up with these stupid rules that he seems to make on the fly. You pay your entry fee and show up on Saturday morning only to be told thing like, game times are 45 minutes long, each team bats twice to start the game, or you are using wood bats. Then on Sunday things change again. Let's play elsewhere.

Not necessarily the fields. It's the town of Mesquite. Usually very windy, cold or hot. Just a nasty place. Nothing to do there. No reason to build a town there. Lol.

If you're lucky enough to play in St. George, they are some of the best fields in the country. Can't say anything good about Mesquite. Don't even know why they have them there.

My question was legitimate. Please post opinions on any negative points the one up rule might bring with it.

I agree! And it's such a simple solution. What would be the negatives?
