April 12, 2013 Gunny2	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: About The Heart something different but near and dear to us all the heart I just recently got discharge from the hospital, I went in for flu like condition but to my surprise I had a A-fib which is a fast heart rate & fluttering. The heart should beat from 60 to 100 well my was just over 200+ thank god that the nurse taking the vital signs knew what to do I was admitted right away stay for two days done the test where they out a probe through my mouth so it can look at the heart for blood cloth which was none then they shock the heart to get it back to normal. I felt this crazy beat before but never thought of anything about it just excited about playing ball or what ever. My point amigos get that check out if its fast & slow beating & acting crazy. Its your life take care of it. Oh by the way I also had pneumonia that suck too. Semper Fi

Dec. 7, 2012 Gunny2	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Miniscus surgery Had my done 14 Nov 2012,stay on crutches for 2 days then walk with some pain but I started pt 27 Nov 2012. I had a torn minicus, lost a lot of cartliedge and he even scrap the knee bone to get some arthrietis off . P/T is going well and even if you get a chance to go to the pool will help I should be ready by the end of the year or the first week of Jan 2013. The pool is great because I did it for the shoulder, was set up for 16 appts. was done by 6 appts, be sure you listen to your body and don't push it to hard and ask your P/T about the pool. Aug. 9, 2012 Gunny2	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Heartland Oh by the way the umpire's where bad, strike zone would change a lot, 1st if you pitch one at 5 and half ft it would be a strike then pitch the same one again then it would be a ball. They had know real clue what to call but they called it both ways so you had to just laugh and go with it.

June 28, 2012 Gunny2	Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Aurburn, Ala. Tour. in July Right now there is no 50 major in it, could be that a lot of 50's can get off for friday pool play. I think all directors need to look into this, start pool play saturday a m and then bracket play if you have to go into the evening. Just a thought.....
