What bat seems to be the popular choice in phoenix at the winter worlds?I still havent seen many reviews on the new ultra or twilight, some people have said that they hit them but havent gone into much detail.

Discussion: New Miken U2 two piece bat

i understand that a bigger stronger person will swing harder and have more bat speed but what effect does this have on a two piece bat.i know they will flex more but is this a good or bad thing?and what type of bat should a person with alot of bat speed use a two piece or one piece?

As a senior player it would be nice to see the rosters of the major teams in the 50s and 60s brackets just to see who plays on each team and to see what older superstars are still in the game

Discussion: REEBOK vs. MIKEN

This year i have broken one reebok senior bat and two miken maxload ultra 2s, i sent the reebok back to their office and got a new replacement within two weeks no questions asked. I had maybe thirty hits on the bat.I sent the miken back with also thirty swings on it and they sent it back to me saying it was a no warranty bat. I guess thats why so many people are switching to reebok.Im done with mikens it will be reeboks and maybe the new demarini the one.And i do understand miken did not have to replace the bat as it is a no warranty bat but so was the reebok. So big thanks to reebok for taking care of customers first

Discussion: Miken Ultra II balanced and end load.

I just got a red ultra 2 maxload with the 1.21 stamp and have had no problems with it.It seems to hit as good as any of the other red ultras ive had in the past.also have a new reebok senior melee and my first swing out of the wrapper was a home run.My opinion on the two bats and its just my opinion is that they are pretty equal but it seems that the u-2 has a bigger sweet spot.Has anyone hit the new demarini i heard that it was hot.

so mad dog are you saying there isnt much difference between the 44/375 and the 52/275? does the 52 stay as hard as the 44 over the length of a game.and are you saying that it doesnt matter if its hot and humid the 52 doesnt change?

How does the 50/300 ball compare to the 44/375?We have been using the 44/375 baden fire ball which is a very good ball and in some tournaments they are using the 50/300 ball.I know in cooler weather the 50 cores are okay bu what about on hot summer days?

Discussion: Reebok senior melee

I had a reebok break after 50 swings this year and sent it back to reebok, they replaced it in two weeks.I was amazed that it came back so fast and that they replaced it. I want to thank the people of reebok and to say if you have any problems with reebok they will try to fix them. THANKS REEBOK

Discussion: Bat break in time

I got a reebok melee at the end of last year after using and breaking a couple of ultra maxloads and have only put maybe 75 swings on it so far, my question is to anyone else out there using a melee how long did it take for yours to break in? I know its going to vary with each person but im just trying to get an idea of the normal break in time before i pass judgement on which is the better bat
