What is this rant actually about, car wax or bats? The guy gave an honest opinion on what he thought of the performance of the bat not trying to sell it

Hey alan, what do you think about weightlifting during the season? would you still lift heavy or cut back to lighter weights?I went very heavy in the off season and so far this season now im having trouble getting loose and getting arm extended.

I know most of us workout during the winter months but i would like to know if most guys continue lifting heavy during the season or go to lighter weights more reps.I have tried to stay at my winter pace but seem to be getting to bulky and stiff. i dont feel loose swinging or like im getting arms extended at all.what are some of the workouts that other seniors try during the season?

I agree i think the cu31 was before the 405, i had a worth cu31 end load it was black and gold it was an awesome bat and then went to the green ritches bat that was also a great bat.I remember back in the late seventies or maybe early eighties Jay smith had played in the pro leagues and he got ahold of a few brand new steele bats they were silver with brown at the top. that was the first real hot bat i had ever used for back in those days. The worth blue dot was a great utrip ball and the dudley thunder a great asa ball
