Feb. 1, 2013 GI Men's 60 228 posts | Richard Gomez- The General I just heard from USSSA director Doug Stark that softball coach and player Richard Gomez better known as the General died yesterday. I had not talked to him in past year but always enjoyed his calling me and his plans to build a field of Dreams park. I hope in Heaven he now has that field. Interesting guy who put alot of us guys together in Phoenix area to play ball.GI |
