As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ... The Master Games & Fields Grid and the Participating Teams List have also been posted ... Good luck to all! Time Zone NoteThe Canyons Complex in St. George is on Mountain Daylight Time, which is one hour ahead of Pacific Daylight Time, where Mesquite is located. ALL game times are listed as LOCAL TIME for the facility where the games are played, just like airline flight schedules. | March 14, 2013 DaveDowell Men's 70 4312 posts | MAJOR REVISION - SESSION #1 • There has been a major revision to the Session #1 schedules due to the late Thursday withdrawal of the two teams in the 65-Major Division (High Desert Roadrunners and Rusty's) ... The changes affected ALL other divisions of play ... Some divisions also had their playing site changed, either in the seeding pool games or the brackets, or both ... Please discard any previously printed DRAFT schedules, as the operative schedule set is dated 03/15/2013 ... All revisions are online now ... Thank you and good luck to all ... |
