I tried it for approximately six (6) months, but didn't realize any benefits and was apprehensive about the side effects. I discontinued because I just didn't feel comfortable, but have tried several other supplements with my Doctors advise as well, but still no real Benefits. Alan and I played ball many years ago, so I knew he was an avid Iron-Man Enthusiast. Knowing this, I thought I'd give his product a try and have been taking Performance Formula for several months now and believe I have Benefited from this supplement. The main things I've noticed is, overall blood circulation (especially in my legs), and have also noticed that my body seems to recover more quickly from Weekend Tournaments. I try to eat right, have cut back on my beer intake, and I'm s-l-o-w-l-y getting back into a somewhat regular exercise routine in Hopes of getting back into Better Game Shape!
