| May 7, 2013 DaveDowell Men's 70 4312 posts | ATLANTIC COAST CHAMPIONSHIPS 2013 • DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 of the 2013 Atlantic Coast Championships in Loudoun County, VA have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these TENTATIVE schedules are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions ... The Master Games & Fields Grid and the Participating Teams List Tab have also been posted ... Good luck to all! | May 9, 2013 DaveDowell Men's 70 4312 posts | SATURDAY REVISION • POTOMACK LAKES • The Saturday Bracket Play in the Men's 50-AAA, 55-AAA, 60-AAA and 60-AA at Potomack Lakes has been revised to accommodate player availability issues regarding one of the 60-AA teams ... There were NO changes to the Friday schedule ... The changes are online now with a revision date of 05/09/2013 ... Good luck to all! |
| May 9, 2013 DaveDowell Men's 70 4312 posts | SESSION #2 REVISION • PHILLIP BOLEN PARK • There have been revisions to reflect the addition of one more team in the Men's 50-Major Division (Northeast Storm Softball) ... There will be one added game on Friday ... The Saturday schedule has very nominal changes, only affecting elimination conditional "IF" games late in the day in the 55-Major and 60-Major Divisions ... The Sunday schedule remains unchanged ... Changes are available now online with a revision date of 05/09/2013 ... Good Luck all! |

BOLEN PARK SESSION #2 • Due to the Wednesday withdrawal of Connecticut Sportsplex in the 55-Platinum division, extensive revisions were required to the schedules of the teams playing there ... Most affected were the 55-Platinum (complete revision from 8 to 7 teams) and the 50-Major, with EARLIER game times than as originally published ... There were nominal changes to the 60-Platinum division as well ... We apologize for any inconveniences caused by circumstances completely outside of our control ... Revisions are online now, but please check the Bracket Boards at the park ... Any versions dated earlier than 05/15/13 are obsolete and the schedules in the printed program are no longer accurate ...
