Combat, The Original Da Bomb
What is the difference between the Combat Original Grey "Da Bomb" and the Combat Original Red "Da Bomb"?

The red Combat had a 10 inch barrel. The grey Combat had I believe a 12 or 14 inch barrel

Do you know if they still make the red Combat? If not, how long has it been since they stopped making it? Is the red Combat as popular as the grey Combat? Do you know the approximate value of a red Combat 27 oz. in very good condition?

2007-2008 is when the short barrel red combat came out, first saw it in Reno when Kevin from Anaconda put on a hitting clinic. My favorite Combat. As far as what it's worth I'd say $125-$135 max. I still have and mainly use this bat and love it. If you have interest in selling the 27oz please email me at roncoyote28@sbcglobal.net

EIEIO, I would say it would bring $150-$225, depending on condition.
It wasn't as popular as the grey Combat, imo it was because it wasn't marketed much. Many players never heard of it.

At least a decade ago when the DaBomb first came out there was a short run made that were illegal. 'twas either no stamp for SSUSA or BPF was wrong.,..
I do know it was at a NCSSA event in Pleasanton, CA though cause I was involved in it all.
Doubt it would matter or be noticed these days though cause the check isn't done or really looked at and the BPF has changed.
