you are 100% right, lets start over. What is the best ASA bat in production. The Freak is out and grandfathered in so let's not count that one.

Synergy CNT Flex. I swing a 27 oz. It has great pop and durability has not been an issue yet.

my choice would be
1 - freak
2- synergy 2,this bat is a tank, will last forever it seems.
nrg's need a lot of time to break in,most cnt's tho hot just are to fragile for me. the flex seems ok out of them.

After today (Saturday) I have talked to 18 guys and there is a better ASA bat than the first freak,
I will bet you guys a dollar to a donut that no one can guess what it is. However I think you will see it next week at St George.

batguyaz I will be in St. George. Bought a Mayhem there last year but never got enough swings to break it in. I never did feel comfortable with it . I use a U2 or Freak in most tournaments but not allowed to in St.George. I need new bat for there. Should I break in the Mayhem or would you tell me what that hot bat is so I can get one and break it in in time. Crusher 70

We had a Mayhem that seemed to be the best bat to use in St George last year. It was broken in and swung pretty well. It was the green model. Unfortunately we won't have one with our team there this year so we will have to adapt to something else. Based on it's performance I've been pondering buying one but the only place I would use it would be in that tournament so I decided to see what would be available though this years team. I use the U2's and a original Freak and neither are legal in St George but the Mayhem felt pretty good last year.
