New Reebok Barrage 2 Piece
I am currently in St. George, Utah at the World Senior Games. I have with me a 26 and a 27 Reebok Barrage 2 piece and have been testing both bats as well as allowing players in Vegas and in St. George to use them.

Most of the feedback I have received, is positive. The bats have a stiffer handle and the flex is in the barrel. The balls come off the barrel quick and with a solid feel. The 26 feels more like a balanced swing and the 27 is more an end load swing. Good distance with these bats.

I invite those who used the Barrage in Vegas and in St. George to chime in here as I wish to share only the facts with regard to the experience. I am told the Barrage needs 100 swings to break in.

If interested further, get hold of me and I'll be glad to share more with you. I will have the new Barrage bats in stock within the next week or two.

Ed is this a senior 2 piece bat? Corky was at BLD saying Reebok wasn't going to release one.

Brought the new Barrage's with me to Phoenix but did not sell a bat as SSUSA asked that I not do so as it was a Miken sponsored tournament and I respectfully followed their request. That said, I have new Reebok Melee's and Barrage's in stock and would like to get yours to you. Contact me and I'll get you taken care of. Enjoy the upcoming holidays.

As of right now, we are not sure as there is a big storm coming here tomorrow. May get 8-16 inches of snow. We want to let it go through before heading out. Could be the route you just described. How you doing? I played our BC boys at Winter Worlds. Was good to see Jimmy and the buys. Ed

Enjoyed driving to Orlando to play ball on Friday. Met some really nice guys and played a double header. The wether was warm and a nice change for me. The Reebok Barrage worked very well in the 73 degree temp.

Have Melee/Barrage bats, will travel.

I have the new Reebok Barrage with about 80-100 hits on it. I don't see any webbing on the barrel at this time. Is there something different in the paint or material between the Melee and Barrage?

NUTS: Obviously, technology and materials are advancing and materials are getting better if a company elects to purchase higher quality materials. There are multiple companies that manufacture industrial coatings and composite materials. Also, there are multiple clear coatings available in the industrial arenas. The Barrage is for the most part, a quality bat and has good performance out of the plastic.
