Oct. 31, 2013 oneofeleven18 Men's 50 57 posts | Joe Falcon, this is the Sports Lettering team with several former TAG 60 players. They are several players looking for a team in the 65+ but I assume they do not want them and are looking for the superstar players. I know a couple in the Montgomery and Birmingham areas looking. |
Oct. 31, 2013 knox44 2 posts | Oneofeleven, sorry to say but you don't have all the facts correct. We are looking for players that are equal to the competition that we face. This coming year there are new 65+ teams that will be good. I think all wants to have a chance to win. If a SuperStar comes into play, we certainly would not turn them down unless they can't get along with other team members. If you know some players in Montgomery and B'Ham looking for a team we would be glad to talk with them. Those we talked to in those areas are still working. Not only should they be good players but be of good character. |
Nov. 1, 2013 oneofeleven18 Men's 50 57 posts | I know many in this age group that still works. Days off are called vacation time. I was at a sports banquet earlier this week in Montgomery and talked with two 65+ guys who work and have plenty of vac time. Both upstanding men and good players. Just my two cents, good luck next season. |
Nov. 3, 2013 mc4softball 19 posts | Send me their names (mc4softball@gmail.com)or have them get in touch with me. If they fit our needs, we would be happy to talk with them. P. S. Joe is a great individual and we appreciate him. But, he quit us we did not quit him. Hope this helps. |
