| Oct. 30, 2013 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | SSUSA TRUCK DISCONTINUED • Online Store to be Launched Senior Softball-USA announced that it will be launching a revamped online store, which will be run by longtime sponsor Anaconda Sports, and that SSUSA has discontinued its store-truck operations effective today, October 30, 2013. “We are discontinuing the store-truck operation because we want to concentrate on our core business, which is building senior tournaments and leagues throughout North America,” said Terry Hennessy, Chief Executive Officer of Senior Softball-USA. “We will continue to offer great discounted prices on softball equipment on our website. That online store will be run by one of the most established sports equipment suppliers in America: Anaconda Sports.” “While Corky Pellien is a truly gifted salesman and the SSUSA Truck has been a great promotional tool for us, it just is not our core business,” said Hennessy. The remaining inventory on the truck will be sold via the SSUSA website for the next month after which the new online store will be launched. |
