1 piece~2 piece

Is there any real advantage that the 2 piece bats have over the 1 piece?

If so, what is it?

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

I am not an engineer so I cannot speak to this from that standpoint. I can share that the new Barrage 2 piece, which I have and have been hitting with, has as much performance pop as the Melee and I am told is more durable. The 26 swings like a balanced bat and the 27 and up is like an end load. I will have some with me in Phoenix.
