| Oct. 4, 2006 red from Wylie tx. Men's 60 48 posts | seeding for nationals I've read all the ideas but I think the best tourney we have played in was SSUSA a few years ago in LV. We had four 8 team pools and played 7 games with the top 2 going to a single game tourney. It was fair we went 3-4 lost 3 of the games by 1 run and we gave our pool winner their only lose. That format gives you a lot of games and they all count. Like I have said for AA teams and guys who only play one or two nationals a 3 or 4 day tourney is not a problem. I would like to see the AA's get together and make a commitment to play X tourneys each year. We played in 4 tourneys not counting the SPA nationals and played only 3 AA games. |
