Putting together a new team in the 50s. when are we eligible, t will turn 50 in 2007. What is the rule for the balance of this year?

IF, one turns 50 by the end of the yr.. So, in 2007, one can play if, they r 50 on or before 12/31/07.

Also, one can play in the 2007 Winter Worlds, as long as on e turns 50 on or before 12/31/07.
