| March 7, 2014 bernie Men's 55 77 posts | PA 50+ League seeks Teams and Players The Palmer (PA) Veterans Softball league in eastern PA (Lehigh Valley) is seeking at least one team or more for the upcoming season. Games are played Monday to Thursday but the league is proactive to scheduling to suit particular needs of each team. Double Headers begin at 6:00 PM each evening. Players in search of teams will be accommodated with both younger (50+)and older(60+) teams now playing in the league. Each team is allowed up to two players age 47 and up to fill a roster. Two playing divisions assure competitive balance among teams and end of season tournament is also held. Season runs from beginning of May through end of August.
