| April 10, 2014 2424 17 posts | A big thanks to KC Jim for dishing out a ton of money for fees and uniforms. A big thanks for putting together what potentially could have been a team with a ring or two. 6-2 in the first 8 games was a cool start while getting to know all. One of the best teams I've played with as far as what we could have accomplished together. Love you Iowa guys big time as you were all multi-talented and fun to play with. To do what you did to the Silverbacks and Jim was wrong as now 9 players are shot in the foot. We all have turned away several offers from great teams and now go in search of again. You guys are good but you should have decided beforehand you wanted to stay home and play. You are great and I had a blast but you should send Jim an apology and check for all he has done since January for our now X-team. It shouldn't be a problem for all those guys to find another team but that should not have to be taking place during the season. We will always be friends even after the pooping. I enjoyed my two 11 hour one-way drives to play with you guys twice. I was so looking forward to bringing my son to Omaha to meet you guys after describing our team to him. BTW we beat the #1 team in the state last night 2-1. Good luck in Iowa and always remember that UK rules the basketball roost....well runner-up anyway.....E |
