Reebok Barrage and Senior bats in general...
Hello Alan.I bought a Barrage from you guys in Tampa after my Miken broke.Spoke to a few guys at your tables and they spoke highly of the Barrage so I wanted to go with more a more durable bat.First swing out of rapper was home run and I was very impressed.Heres the problem only swung it 7 more times that Tourn,so here I am in Myrtle Beach this weekend and my 5th AB the bat breaks. Now I've been threw enough senior bats to know most come with no warranty but less then 15 swings.I understand you only sell the product but have you heard the phrase quilty by association?I have sent Reebok two emails to no evail. They need to make this right.Ok I just vented hope to here from Reebok soon.Good luck to you and Team 1 Sports this year I'm sure we will see you soon.Dan Barnes High St Bucs.

Dan, don't call reebok, take your receipt, make a copy, on your receipt write how many swings you got on the bat before it cracked with your phone number, tape it to your bat and send it to reebok, they will call you.
e-mail me if you need the address

Ed:
I commend you on the way you are handling the Barrage problem; much better than buyer sending bat back to Reebok and getting a gift card six weeks later.!!!!!!

Just took my 28 oz First batch barrage to Florida. I put 150 swings on the bat. It got hot after about 25 swings. I am 6' and 230 poinds but not a crusher. The bat is in perfect condition, not even the typical webbing that the Rebock Meles is known for. Back in Michigan so I swill have to wait to put some more swings on the bat.

This thread leads me to believe that buying a Reebok Barrage Senior bat, no matter which batch, is buying into problems and a BIG MISTAKE!

Obviously there are always going to be the anonymous nay sayers like the person above who makes a statement with no knowledge.

The Barrage is a great bat and I have many friends and customers who love theirs. Unfortunately, some of them had blemishes and Reebok has stepped up and has taken care of the problem. It is impossible to determine which batch you are getting your bat from but from the numbers that have been sold, most of the first batch bats are already out there and the second batch has been of quality without problem.

Thanks to those who have patient, understanding and a positive outlook. So many of you have told me the Barrage is a great bat and that you love it!
Sincerely,
Ed Andrews

From what I can tell the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 8th posts on this thread are about broken Reebok Barrage bats.

Sure makes me want to buy one!

Why would I want to buy a Barrage when I read this?
