Alan Gillespie
Our coach of the Northern Virginia Force has suffered a Heart attack. Alan is going to be ok. One of his arteries was 99% blocked. He suffered this on Sat. morning while at work. The doctors said that he could be released as soon as today 4/14/14.I saw him yesterday and he was alert and feeling ok. prayers are always a good thing. He is hoping to coach in Frederick MD a the end of the month. We better play better than we have to take some of the stress off him. Thanks Harry #20

I am glad he is doing well. As a fellow coach, I have known Alan since he used to be a player on the old Murphy's Law team. Always have known him to be a gentleman and a tough out. Hope to see him back on the diamond.

Hey Birdie, tell Alan to get well soon. I had my Quadruple by pass two weeks ago and I am walking 2 miles a day and feel great. He will have no problems if they had to only fix one Artery.
