Miken Ultra II TOC Limited Edition Senior Softball (ULTTOC-UII Slow Pitch
Does anyone know anything about this bat? It is supposedly a 1 piece fully loaded.
It is being sold now for 159.99 and seems too good. Thanks.

The TOC is a very good bat. I don't know who is selling the bat for 159.00 but that is a good price. The bat is taking the place of the Red Max Load bat. Have sold a number of them for Anaconda Sports. It is a very good bat. Just my .02 worth.

I have hit with the Miken Ultra II TOC limited edition. I have hit a hundred balls off a tee, and it does not hit as far as my red Miken max-load. It is supposed to be the same bat,but I'm not getting the distance I get with the red miken. The sweet spot doesn't seem to be as good. Maybe I need more hits on it.

If that is the blue one I used it a week ago and found it very good. That said it only had maybe 60 hits on it and we were breaking it in. I heard 3 different sounds from it when hitting. I mentioned it to the owner and he agreed. A good bat none the less.

I agree with Mike,,,,the TOC is a VERY good bat. Not quite sure how that price is being offered as it's way off Miken policy but it's a fantastic bat. It is basically the same swing weight and make up of the old red 1 Piece Ultra II. The difference? There are 2.
1. It will take a slightly longer break in period than the old red one piece version. Don't count this against the bat...it's worth it. Take a few extra swings and it will respond. They hit very well.
2. For stronger hitters or guys with quicker bat speed the old red one piece was not very durable. The BIG plus here, the TOC is durable and delivers great performance.

I have tested and hit with this bat extensively and just finished testing another sample from the batch I just got in. I also broke in 3 this week for clients. Results? Lights out bat that delivers great performance AND durability. If you need more info on it feel free to get with me.

Chick, I received my 26 yesterday at the 160 price. I just read your post and found that they only have 28, 29 and 30 left and are now selling them for 200. Very sorry.

Chick, my email address is posted in my profile on this site. I can't find your email address on your profile. If you email me, I will email you the site. You may be able to call them and negotiate a price better than the 200 posted price.

Incidentally, is it ok to break in a new TOC at a batting cage using machines which throw the solid pimple softball? Thank you

Google.com is your friend! It appears that justbats.com was the online site that at one time offered the bat at $159. It is now $199.

HJ,
I have the TOC bats in and have hit them extensively. If you or others need to get them I will be happy to work with you. I would NOT recommend hitting a composite bat that you cared about with those balls. Use a good 44/375 ball for break in...thanks,

No problem Jerry. Glad to help you out. Let me know how you like it. It's definitely one of the top performance bats out there and is very durable as well. Certainly a winning combination for a senior player.
