"Correcting a downswing, brings BIG results." Swing Makeover Episode 26
Featuring 5 rec to major hitters, these athletes had swings at a down angle, which resulted in cleaved pop flys and weak ground balls. The key to fixing was to LOWER on rear leg during stride to set body angle, hold power as long as possible and develop a rhythm. Also swinging in an arc vs. forward linear lunging, kept angle more intact.

Made a big difference in how I feel in the box. Plus added about 40-50 ft on my HR's. Thanks Bogie looking forward to how it all pans out for me.

Hey Dale,

That's great Dale! I've notice that after a while I've learned some bad habits. Mainly not striding very far and a posture is nearly vertical. I'll try to remember Bogie's tips the next time I hit.

After many years out of the game, in my efforts to come back I have applied these techniques.
The equipment changes coupled with this approach has improved things for me greatly.
At this point I can only go by batting cage and indoor softball results, but I am certain I am hitting the ball a lot harder now than I was late last summer when I started my come back.
I highly recommend giving these videos a good look and trying these methods.
