Dudley Lightning gets my vote as well. I've broke 4 bats in 1 weekend before. So far the lightning is the best out there!!!

Dudley are the most durable bat. Look up billy Blake on you tube under senior bat reviews . The video which says cracked bat. He gets almost 4000 swings on his 28oz end load. I have two Dudley in my bag with both over 1100 swings on them an going strong. Donnie from the nw lengends said they had 2200 swings on one of there Dudley bats. The Dudley bats we have been hit with by al major plus players.

A new low in bat durability? Brand new Macenko knob comes off in 4 swings today. Also had one come off in 20 swings last Sunday. Can these be glued back on or they toast already?

Alan, to fully cure, 3M 5200 needs 5-7 days. This is from West Maine's website:
3M 5200 Polyurethane Adhesive/Sealant:
Provides exceptionally strong adhesion, yet stays flexible
after it cures. May be used above or below the waterline.
Ideal for underwater thru-hull fittings, hull to deck joints,
portholes, and bonding wood to fiberglass.
Goes on smoothly, won't sag, and remains workable
for up to four hours. Cures in 5-7 days with no shrinking.

I have used this on about 10 bats and used them the next day with zero failures http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/epxy_mrn_s/overview/Loctite-Epoxy-Marine.htm

Try the Combat "Dirty" bat. I use the balanced and it has been a very durable yet lively bat
