Favorite Ugly Strike You Love to Hit
Hey everyone,

Up here in New England getting ready to FINALLY go outside and hit instead of the cages. I was wondering what everyone's favorite ugly pitch they love to hit that may or may not be a strike. Personally, as a lefty, I love the high inside pitches the would land 8-10" inside if I could ever stay off them...but I cant!

Know what you mean. Got in my first full BP workout session today in Ma. Little windy but nice.

My favorite pitch to hit is either the knuckler or curve ball. Mainly because pitchers that throw them do it too much so you know when it is coming.
