The Mid South NIT Cartersville Ga.
The weather is now showing for 100% rain for Saturday, what will happen if it rains so much that we can't even get on the fields?
Will they just play on Sunday? Thanks.

We're going to have a might long drive to watch it rain Saturday. Hopefully they got the forecast way wrong but not likely.

Not sure where your getting that prediction, I just looked 60% until 2:00 pm then it drops to 40% and partly sunny the rest of the day. Which if you live in the southeast is pretty much the standard prediction most of the summer. Good luck to everyone this weekend I am sure it will be great tournament!

Weather.com is still showing 100% chance of thundershowers Saturday as of 4:22PM Central time. That doesn't mean that it's going to rain all day though. It just means that they are guaranteeing that it will happen Saturday. Hopefully it will not be a big deal. Can't wait to play.

The weather channel said 100% chance of rain today in Nashville. Didn't get a drop of rain. Big difference between a small line showers and all day rain. Same prediction that you will be rained on.

Is there any place at this time to view a bracket for this tourney with times and opponents on line.

I haven't found it yet. Heard they have 50 teams. Pretty good turn out.

Just talked with PETE, they have 49 teams and they have back-up plans in place for a weather problem if any. Check with your manager for brackets and times, they should have already have that info.

Pretty good senior tournament turnout so far with 49 at Cartersville, 49 at the Brickyad, 48 at Glen Burnia and 91 at Barberton. Looks like a good year all around for SSUSA and SPA.

A couple of the weather channels in Birmingham show most of the rain going south of Bham and Atlanta. Hope their educated guesses are good!

Good Luck to All.....But if bad weather hits I would suggest heading north to Chattanooga,Tn. and hit the rivers for some white water rafting after all your gonna be wet anyway so you might as well have some fun. Been there twice myself and was great time, went down the course they used in the Olympics. Course on this unique 5-mile whitewater trip was awsome.

Stoney, It is awesome! I was fortunate to be the one to install the phones for the kayaking event at the Olympics.
