| May 18, 2015 Husker 1 posts | 2015 Combat Dirty...gray with teal lettering Has anyone hit/used this bat? How does it compare to the 2014 Combat gray Dirty? I have hit the 2014 and liked it. Need an ASA bat for a summer league. |
| May 22, 2015 OlyPenSenior 21 posts | I've been using it this Spring, switching back-and-forth with a 2014 Easton S2. Both are multi-certified so can use them in any tourney. This Combat Dirty was hot right away and I like the feel. The paint is cracking some on the barrel, but not nearly enough to disqualify it from tourney use. I'd recommend a methodical break-in period to preserve it's lifetime, although I haven't heard of any early breakage problems. Overall, this gap hitter would recommend it. Not sure how it would do for the big hitters. |
