Equalizer
What is the correct equalizer when 60AAA plays 60AA.We played this weekend as 60AAA and played a a couple of 60AA team and the AA team was given both the extra player and 5 runs. Played a 65AAA team and the same equalizer was applied. Is this correct???

one or the other not both at that age bracket, once you hit 65 could be both depending on which association your playing with.
