| Dec. 13, 2006 Robo2 201 posts | I can offer what I do: Fours days per week in off season: Start eah day with warm up on tread mill DAY1: Bench Incline Bench Overhead seated press Tricep extensions Squats / Leg press Leg curls leg extension DAY 2: Pulldowns (wide grip) Seated Rows Upright rows curls (alternate days dumbell and barbell) Reverse curls Situps 3 or 4 sets each. The first three weeks with very light weight. Then a weight that I can just make three sets of 10. Occasional (1 / month) mas on bench. As season draws close. Go down in weight. Streching is critical at all times. Not saying it's the best, but it is what I do. Regards, Joe |
