| April 28, 2004 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | New Field of Dreams Park...long read. The Village at Granite Park, Fresno, CA to be opened in about two weeks. I will be putting on two tournaments there, one June 26-27, the other Oct 2-3. A joint ASA and NCSSA rules tourney to check out the place and have a good time. I plan on having 50-55-60-65 brackets. Unless the city fathers, and I use the term loosley, restrict us, all bats will be allowed except for altered ones and bats are possible going to be inspected for that. This is the first of what is to lead to a National tourney, in the works ,for next year there and possibly at the city complex on Jensen Ave in Fresno. A part of my Senior League in the works I mentioned a while back. Just do not know how to get my web site up and running to reach out to you..... | May 7, 2004 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | Update on type &dates, Wikll not be a double elim. Will be a round robin which means about 5 games. Date will likely change to Aug 21-22 so as to not conflict with another tournament already on the books we just found out about. Brillo: I'll let you know of any other info via email or on here. |

| May 8, 2004 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | August also has the Cal Cup 10-15 I believe. That to be held at the Fresno's metro complex. Dates for the ones I'm putting on are Aug 21-22 and Oct 2-3 at the theme park. |
