| April 10, 2007 desertlady Women's 60 27 posts | ankle help Ok, so I'm a lady who in the last year has had problems with my achilles. Just when I think it is better, about 2 innings and it feels pulled and is screaming. Am in early sixties and usually active but need to know how to correct/fix this from reoccurring (strain?) I'm not much of a water drinker and my heel hurts to touch. I usually walk alot to stay fit but this ankle thing is making that really hard. Any help with the same problem? |
