LVSSA Spring tourney who has info
Seems very quite on this tournament. It is next week for the 50's anybody have any info on attendance? Any LVSSA frequet this site maybe you can provide an update. I would think so close to the date that everything would be locked in.
If your traveling from out of state please remember your gambling dollars generously support my lavish lifestyle here in Sin City. I thank you in advance.

JOE: Who cares? LVSSA, cares about their 65, 70, & 75 yr. ol' players... PERIOD. I am sorry that I got u to join LVSSA.

LVSSA'S senior board, is a group of ol' men, that have their own agenda. These r ol' men, that r set in their ways. This is why, Al Vera, was forced off the Tournament Comm'.

LVSSA, does not care about players or players needs. This board, will not stand up 4 their own players. As long as their is the East or West of the Miss.' rule, the ol' dudes have all of their needs meet.

To LVSSA; will u every wonder??? why, their r no 50 teams & the 50 & 55 club members, r drop' out of LVSSA?

To Ridge & SPA: Please, don't use LVSSA, 4 a qualifier? LVSSA, will not allow the one player from out of the area, etc, etc. Just ask, the Senior Board Menber, just what is their agenda.

YES, I am air' out this clubs dirty..... The STONEMAN...

The Stoneman is speaking the truth. The SPA is allowing one out of area player so those of us who have no Major Plus teams to play on can play.

The LVSSA is not which is within their right but how can this up coming tournament be a SPA qualifier and not follow the SPA rules? I just thought it was me but it seems there is more to the story.

LECAK: Joe, u will love the follow'. This wkend, Doc Romeo & Freedom Park will be used.

Freedom Park, is the worest fields in Clark County. The C. of L. V., has done nothing 4 these fields in 2 yrs. Why? Freedom Park, is the home of the future "B. L. FIELDS of DREAMS."

LVSSA'S, senior park is Lorinzi Park. Lorinzi, will be used this wkend 4 the Corp' Challanges..... get this KICK BALL.

Nice Going club PRESIDENT..... The STONEMAN...OUT

A few seasons back, I called the LVSSA by phone and told them I lived in the snow country and did not have a team to play on and wanted to play ball because it was getting ready to snow for 6 months. Their tournament was coming up. I drove down, attended the meeting and let them know before the meeting that I was there and available to play. There were 4 teams with missing players that needed to fill slots but LVSSA would not announce that I was available and would not let me attempt to connect.

THEY WERE FULL COURT UNFRIENDLY, DISCOURTEOUS AND RIDGID and I'll never forget the way they handled a reasonable and legitimate request.

It is unfortunate but they are in fact looking out for themselves only.

LVSSA only cares about themself and the city isn't any better. The player and team ratings are a joke. The fields have been terrible for years, and the areas around them are dangerous. I heard the ssusa went to Palm Springs for the Winter Worlds this year because there was no way to make it work in LV. It looks like even LVSSA can't make it work, and its in their own city. The thing that confuses me is that I was told one of the ssusa guys is the TD in LV. How can that be true? Sure seems strange if it is.

FREEDOM FIELD Condtions: DBAX: Tuesday, the fields @ Freedom park were cut. 3 of the Outfields look to be in great shape. Field # 3, faces tne N.E., the Right Field grass is more sand than grass. The soccer plays have ruined that area.(Dave, I have some New Chev' cry' .........)

DESERT GUY: The Field Directors r usually coaches or MGR's. @ this time of yr, the city has it's Corp' Challange com' to an end.

Many of the club members r not happy w/ this 'New' board. The City's, give us the fields. Schudeling, can be a problem. NSA, is run' this wkend in Henderson.

Sat' Field Director @ Freedom, will be Jack T. Jack, will do all he can to made this a great event. Jack, & his 55 Heat players, will take care of these 4 fields.

SURF 88: Did u request a SNOWBIRD application? Some of our Summit Rules, seem to hurt players more than help. This is why the SNOWBIRD rule should be dropped & the one exempt player shpuld be added.

Yes, some of our Seniors r rude. I hope that when we get into our late 60's, that we r not rude & have more understand'.

GOOD LUCK..... The STONEMAN

Thanks Stoney. I remember the sand on #3 from last year. Hopefully we won't be on this one much. Good news about the other fields. I was really hoping we would be at Doc Romeo.
