1st yr Players... r they RATED or is TEAM RATED?
QUESTION to the SUMMIT: When a player starts their 1st yr of play, is this player rated or is their team rated?

NEXT QUESTION: If, a player is in their 1st yr, can an assoc.', rate that player & not let that player play any longer on "their" team? Again, this player, has never played in the Major Plus or Major Division & has never won a WORLDS Championship?

As I understand it, new teams start out in AAA; Teams r rated & only ballplayers that r on or have played on Major Plus teams, r not allowed to play in AAA. CAN someone help?

THANKS........ The STONEMAN

Stoneman, I hope you get an answer. I poised a similar question to SPA, hoping they would respond on their fourm. They never did. Maybe SSUSA will.

Seems to me that it is supposed to be the sum of the total parts 's (teams rostered players) equals a team rating.
However perhaps they are, behind the scenes, looking at what ASA calls "impact players" and thusly sticking it to a team because of one or more of the players rostered.
If that be the case, perhaps they need to rate every player and make it fair in reguards to all ratings or it's, in my opinion, discriminitory to rate one person and not the other guy playing next to him.
One thing too is that we all have our good days and bad ones. That could be offense or defensively, and not the same for either on the same day.
Teams should be rated as just that, the total roster for that team.

Interesting question. I am playing my first 75+ tournament Tue. How would they rate me. I haven't played in 70 Div because of the territorial rules so as far as SSUSA goes I am an unknown..

This topic remains confusing. My team has played 55 AA for several years and are moving up to 60+.We are not adding anyone who has played at a higher level. Do we remain AA or as new team to 60, do we start at the AAA level?
