| Aug. 4, 2007 Connie Women's 55 118 posts | THANKS to my "SENIOR SOFTBALL FAMILY" I just wanted to say "THANKS" to everyone that send flowers, cards, and called me during my recent hospital stay! Having back surgery for the 4th time in two years has been scary...........without the support of my friends and family I don't think it would have been as smooth as it's been. Thanks to the miracles of modern medicine I now have a "Dynesys Stabilization System" in my lower back. This is the latest in back surgeries ! The doctor has assured me that I will, once again, return to the softball diamond. All the medicine in the world does not replace the support and ccomradeship that comes with from our "Senior Softball Family" THANKS! Connie Stewart |
