| Sept. 6, 2007 BushManNJ 6 posts | Jerry Lestardo passing I just wanted to inform any one that knows or who have played with or against. Jerry Lestardo from Monkey Joe's Big Nut Co. 65's past away Tuesday night. Jerry Lestardo had only been with me 2 years, but has been playing for the last 15 years. His last team was The Jersey Masters. Jerry was a great team player with extremely good talent, he will be missed. He is being laid out Friday Sept. 7th, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm at Biondi’s funeral home in Nutley NJ. Burial Saturday am. Joe Bush Manager Monkey Joe's Big Nut Co. |
| Sept. 6, 2007 CAT 200 posts | Even though we compete against one another and don't always know or remember names, it still feels like family when someone in the senior softball community passes away. Makes us all realize how short and precious life can be. My deepest condolences to you, your players and the family. |
