Watch out for Bestbats on Ebay
I bought a Mizuno Wrath 98 for asa play here in Canada back in June I have not recieved my bat or have not received a refund. Has anyone had trouble with this company before. I have bought 9 bats on Ebay and this is the second time I did not receive my bat . I will also post on the schedule boards in St. George , Phoenix and Las Vegas as I plan to play all these tournaments. Has anyone had a similar problem.

Over the past four years I have bought bats from sellers on eBay. I have always received my bat. The last one that I bought about 8 weeks ago, a Techfire, was cracked although the seller said it didn't have a crack or dents.
For those of you that have heard of Derrick Gibson, I bought a Techfire from him in 2002 and I did receive it. Many others weren't so fortunate.
Try posting the guy's name and address, maybe a board brother knows him and can put some pressure on him to deliver.

Hi Captain. Ebay has a resolution department and you should be able to get a full refund from them. I bought a bat earlier this year that was not as advertised and after not being able to resolve it with the seller, Ebay gave me a 100% refund.

Captain-
I'm a solid eBy Seller. You can go to eBays resolution
dept. and state your problem and they will work with you to resolve things. If you paid through Paypal, use that resolution dept. They will deduct the funds from the Buyer's account until the case is settled.
