| Nov. 20, 2007 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | Seeing where Spicewood is on the map brings back memories. In 69 I had a cabin on LakeTravis but can't remember where exactely it was. I do remember running into copperheads a alot. I learned to single ski there. |
| Nov. 20, 2007 #6 Men's 60 1173 posts | Taits, I live on Lake Travis right on the lake . Its a great place to live. I have a big deck that overlooks the lake with a big hot tub, and after a tournament like Vegas, its great to get in there and relax. Take care, Kenny #6 |
| Nov. 20, 2007 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | #6, the place I had was about 75 feet from the water with a boat dock. No hot tub on our deck though. I hear that place is resort like now all along the river - lake area. Might be really crowded unlike 38 years ago. |
