Dec. 16, 2007 heat21 4 posts | Incorrect information; I've used the combat antivirus and virus, neither swings as HOT as the Jak'd. Used it in Canada and blows both of the coms away. Working w/the manufacturer for sales in the US at a decent price. If interested, email me. |

Dec. 16, 2007 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | sorry but the bat is costly for something only known about in Canada, if seems, at $330. Especialy with a limited warranty of 30 days, thats three zero days. |
Dec. 16, 2007 heat21 4 posts | You didn't know anything about the Mikens before they came out, but we bought them. We never know how any bat will work until it is purchased. If the deal works out, it will be much less than $330; the warranty is still being discussed. |
Dec. 16, 2007 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | Pretty much true. But as of now, we can get exceptional bats with a years warranty for less, as well as the ones w\o a warty for a 1\3rd less. However there are actually only a select number of plants that actually make the bats, composite or metal, even using the named companies specs. I know of 6-7.This is not to say the bat will not be good, it may well be, just costly for the cost & warty time, imo |
Dec. 16, 2007 calpops 32 posts | I think this bat is made by Combat/CE and if true I would stay clear. A close friend of mine works for Schutt that used Combat to make bats and tells of nightmares dealing with those guys. Seems many of the companies that have used them have bolted. |
