Jan. 7, 2008 Brett Men's 55 239 posts | Gary, does this mean you do not intend to play with the KC Barons again this year? Within the last two weeks, you said you did plan to return. One way or the other, I would like to know. |
Jan. 7, 2008 RG 19 posts | I am from Hays Kansas and am looking for a team to play with. I played shortstop for Geckle Builders from Michigan in the U-Trip world tournament last year as they picked me up since they lost their shortstop. We played super major and took 3rd and I made all tournament team. I could not play with them in USSSA, because they played Major. I then went to the Vegas world and the world tournament in Phoenix with Pilchers from Colorado (shortstop) last year. We played super major in the 50 and over. They have several players that are moving to 55 and over and will lost most their players. I would like to play super major if I find a team, but if not would be nice to play for a more local team. Not sure how the rules work if I can now play AAA. I do play regular mens and play mostly in the KC area that is 4 hours for me, but worth it to me so I can play with and against the B and C teams. I play 3rd and short for the regular mens team. I also played with the Dodge City Bud team, but we just play in the 40 or 45 and over state tournament even though we are all over 50. If anyone is looking for an infielder you can contact me at rgottschalk@media-net.net |
