Any Grandkids playing...a free youtube instructional clip you can send them
Its 9 minutes long and explains why we think rotational hitting is best for power and contact for kids..then it gives the 4 drills that teach it. Its exerpts from a dvd we did and is appropriate for beginners to high school kids. A real easy way to understand and teach. Its done in the baseball format but many fastptich programs have used it. It teaches a lag and bat snap approach vs. the lift the front elbow and just drag the bat head into the ball, like some teach. It advocates the swing Ted Williams or Bonds has. Thought some guys might send it to their kids or grandkids. The price is right anyway.
