Its exerpts from a dvd we did and is appropriate for beginners to high school kids. A real easy way to understand and teach. Its done in the baseball format but many fastptich programs have used it. It teaches a lag and bat snap approach vs. the lift the front elbow and just drag the bat head into the ball, like some teach. It advocates the swing Ted Williams or Bonds has.
