Pre Indy Tournament -- Good Deal
There is going to be a Tourney in Indianapolis on April 26, 27, 2008. It is the week before the normal Indianapolis Tourney. It is 4 games for $150 at Metro Softball Complex. It could be 5 games but that depends on the number of teams. This is a Good opportunity to get in some extra games especially for the teams in Louisville who usually can,t make the Indianapoluis Tourney due to the Derby. Details for classes and such will be based on number of teams. If interested please contact: Tony Maxwell, 317-875-8833, in the evening 317-879-2088.

Or Ralph Adams, Brickyard 55, at 317-502-2676

Correct me if I'm wrong ritter but isn't this a cash award tourney? It would be great to see the teams from Ky, Oh, Mich and ILL make the short drive for a chance to win some gas money, so we could make the trip to the sun belt tourney's

Hey,

Rabbitt, are you guys interested. there are three 50 or 55 Teams from Indianapolis that are interested. You could make 4 Teams and maybe some of the teams from Louisville or Ohio, Illinois or Michigan. This could be a good weekend.

Hey JohnBob,

Look forward in seeing you guys. Did the other teams in Louisville; Metro Stars, OG's or Zeplin seem interested.
It would be really nice to see them since most of you guys work/participate in the Derby weekend (May 2, 3,4). It's a great opportunity to have a good tourney.

JohnBob,

They are having a another Tourney, August 9, 10, 2008.
It will be at the same place here in Indy. I will talk to the Park/Tourney management and see if maybe they could have something around that time.
If we have enough interest we could make it happen.
Are you guys going to Shelbyville, IN on June 21-22, 2008. It is replacing the normal Columbus, IN tourney.

Give me a call sometime 317-502-2676.

Does any one need a player for this tournament? I could really use the swings. I play outfielder (can play infield) for a 55 major+ team out of central Indiana. If you need someone contact me thru this website.

John, I called Midwest, and they will have the game times for the Metro tournament after 4:30 on Thursday since they are not cutting off entries until Thursday afternoon. You can call 317-875-8833 after 4:30. They will also have the times in the park office when leagues are playing, 317-879-2088 if the first number does not roll over there when you call. I will tell "Mr. Ritter" that I answered in proxy for him. Good luck.

Tim wanted me to remind anyone coming to the Senior Spring Swings tomorrow at Metro that they can call Midwest (317-875-8833) or Metro (317-356-5943) if they want to check the playing conditions. They usually have the message updated at Midwest by 6:00 AM. Good luck to all.
