Sept. 8, 2008 Atefft Men's 50 14 posts	Northeast Championships, Cape May What AAA 50's teams going?
Sept. 10, 2008 bernie Men's 55 52 posts	Gallerie Construction had planned on playing but since it is a 3-day tournament, we were unable to get enough guys to get off of work to play on Friday...we were just in Burlington NC for Labor day and plan to play in Phoenix but its tough for everyone still working to take days off and lose pay...perhaps a tournament of this size (9 teams at 50+) should help out us guys who are not yet retired by only going saturday and sunday...any thoughts?
Sept. 12, 2008 2awesom Men's 50 295 posts	hey bernie you make a good point if the tournament is light on teams why not start it saturday. i think it's traditional to start them on friday's though. anyway frederick/e&e metal fab will be at cape may. i wish your team luck the rest of the year! make sure that you keep that benn miller dude under control though..... the HR champ that he is!!
Sept. 15, 2008 bernie Men's 55 52 posts	After that adventure in Burlington, I'm convinced Benn is on the "Juice". and its non-achoholic at that....he had three Inside the park shots...his legs now are shot...but he always brings great enthusiasm...he can hack with us anyday..good luck in Cape May...a few of us will be down there that weekend for pleasure, not softball..maybe we will catch you guys in the finals on sunday..
