Looking for a team in scottsdale az area
Very experienced pitcher just moved to az. Only looking to pitch and very good at it. Only a singles hitter but good wheels and reaction.

Retired so I have ability to play and travel for tournaments for a good team that can win it all.

Larry-

Players from several teams in the area (50 year olds all the way up to 62 year olds) are practicing this Sat, Jan 3 at Desert Horizon Park, 56th St./Paradise, just south of Bell Rd...9am. Although not the only teams around, this will introduce you to some players and can begin a possible network that might eventually get you placed in a comfortable fit...although any team can ALWAYS use a good pitcher.

Give us some contact information---email preferred...and I'm sure someone will get hold of you separately.

STFU d-bag. You must have me confused with someone else.

I like everybody and everybody likes me. No....everybody LOVES me.

I never EVER talk behind anyone's back. If I have something to say I say it to their face. DD will tell you that.

Besides, I'd play with anybody. I'd even play with you

I know who you are john and theres no confusion at all..... I talked to you @ victory lane awhile back and asked you about senior softball and where and what team's were out there to play for. You said with a very straight face "DO NOT PLAY FOR DD AND CJ&S" the coach is a jerk and a jerk to play for and some other not to nice things to say about this guy DD.

See, it's now comeing back to bite you in the a$$ john, be careful who you tell things to, LMFAO........ I have to agree with you john that DD is a jerk I've heard that from more then one person in the past year, plus I've seen it first hand once. Here something else you said during our conversation "WATCH OUT FOR 4 OR 5 OF THE OTHER GUYS TO" remember saying that to john!!!!!!!!!

My advice about playing for DD's CJS team was solid.

Anybody would tell you that they ran thru players trying to build a winning ream without a whole lot of regard for the players. The technique of loading up the roster and sitting 6 or 7 players unrtil they quit does not win many friends.

I told Huta to stay away too because there was no way in hell he would fit in. You aren't Huta are you? He's a dick sometimes too but not the kind of dick that would pull this kind of crap.

As far the other "not nice" things about DD, be more specific. I know I wouldn't have said anything personal about him. It's not my style. Was he a jerk of a coach? Of course. That's probably why he isn't coaching any more.

I'm not concerned about getting my ass bitten and I have no recollection of saying watch out for any other guys. The only issue I ever had was the coacking style. I can't think of anyone I know on the past or present CJS team that I ever had issues with.

If someone thinks less of me because some clown runs his mouth and insinuates things on the internet, I can live with that.

If you want to start shit, get your facts and your quotes straight. If you want to talk face to face, show up Saturday. Softball always needs more drama.

Dude (AZPB) You didn't show up??

Everyone was asking about you. 19 of us showed up so we were able to play a game. Could have used one more.

Good times.

DD played SS right next to me. He was a little pissed at me but he's a man and knows how to deal with things. You could learn a thing or two from him ;)

PS. It was nice to meet you Larry.

Dennis, you guys have to keep this stuff coming. We don’t have anything anywhere near as entertaining in So Cal. We’re pretty boring compared to this. I thought this kind of drama only happened up in Nor Cal, lol.

Just kidding guys, see you in a couple weeks Dennis.

Where did you end up practicing ? I got to Desert Horizon about 9:30 and the fields looked like they were under repair and there were no players to be seen.

hit; I also got there around 9:00 and no one was there. I heard later that they went to Sereno Park...at 57th St./ Sweetwater. We'll catch up with them next time they practice.

They changed locations to try and ditch me but I followed Billy and Sam down the road in a high speed pursuit South on 56th Street about 2 miles.

BTW, for the record, I would play with Dave Huta any time, anywhere. I've known him for years and he is one of the first guys I ever met playing this game.
