The TOC was great. Great weather; fields; umpires; and the teams in 55AAA were great guys to compete with and have a lot of laughs. Very enjoyable time

The 55 major tournament was also very good. Great teams and great men on all teams. Very competitive and the umps were also very good! We had a lot of fun and yes the weather was also very nice. We had a good time at the dinner and awards ceremony. Congratulations to the Titans on the win. Hats off to the Old Dawgs and Georgia/ Alabama Masters, great tournament guys. Dave you did a great job! Also like to give a shout out to Corky and the crew at Miken, great job all around!

In 2007 teams that won Vegas Worlds didn"t get the invite to the TOC, I think I recall that these teams would be inviteded to the 2009 TOC is that correct.

Pork ... The winners of the November, 2007 Winter Worlds (Las Vegas) and Winter Nationals (Ft. Myers) previously received invitations to the 2008 TOC, held last February ... However, since those tourneys were the first of the "new' 2008 Sr. Softball season, those teams attending had an unfair roster advantage over the other teams playing with 2007 rosters, so the invitation 'timing' was changed ...

Effective with 2008, TOC invitations were limited to champions of the current 'fiscal year' tournaments, or those running from November 1st through October 31st ... The 2007 Winter champions, already having received a 2008 TOC bid, did not get a duplicate invite for the 2009 TOC ...

At the 2010 TOC, the only invited teams will be those with 2009 rosters, starting with the 46 teams that have already qualified from Las Vegas and Ft. Myers (the list is posted here) ...

Hope this helps ...

What a tourn. Had a great time meeting all 5 teams we played. Cash for College, KFC, Old School, Scrap Iron, Syracuse, I have never met a nicer bunch of guys at ANY tourn. Congrats to Syracuse for the win. We gave it our best, just ran out of gas after having to play 5 straight games. Hope to see you all again.

Congrats to the NY Statesmen, They played well for their win in the 2009 TOC. Having won last year I know what a great feeling it is.
Hope to see them again next year. This year we could not get past Naples Heat and settled for 3rd.
Great weather and very well ran tournament. Just need more teams.
What ever that takes SSUSA needs to work on it. Good Job all.
