Western National Championships-SLC-55 Major+
Would very much like to get an idea of what 55Major+ teams plan on attending the West. Nat'l Championships in Salt Lake City Aug 7-9.

Our team, the OLR Nighthawks, plans on attending provided there are other teams going that are in our age group/classification

Ruth's 55's, MTC 55's, Old Dawgs, NCI where are you?? This could be a great event for 55 M+ if everyone shows.

I don't believe the Ruth 55 team is going to that tournament. Don't play for them but know what their current schedule looks like.

Jawood:
Thanks for the update on Ruth's. I suspect that Ruth's had about much fun last year in SLC as we (Evolution) did being the only 55 M+ team when we were the only 50 M+ team. We are trying to avoid the same problem this year on the Nighthawks. I understand that MTC 55's is also not going to this tourney.
Maybe if they let us (Utah Coyotes,West Coast, NCI, Master Collision, OLR, MTC 55, Ruth's 55, Old Dawgs) all play in the same division like LVSSA instead of over-classifying, SSUSA could have a successful event in the upper end of the 55M/M+ group.
POINT: One TOO Many classifications at this level. Wait until there are no 50 M+ teams at this event either. Your "most comprehensive team-performance review ever" and your " 10 key people in different areas of the country" ARE REDUCING PARTICIPATION AT YOUR SIGNATURE EVENTS LIKE THE WESTERN NATIONALS!! GENIUS!! GET RID OF THE MEANINGLESS PLUS RATING AND LET US PLAY BALL!!!

Well said, Tate. It's just so obvious that a "plus" division is not needed.
