Contrary to a previous topic on the "demise of senior softball" I believe it is alive and well.

204 teams going to Reno. WOW!!!!!!

Demise of softball I don't think so. Are teams being more selective as to the events they attend? I think so. I believe, it doesn’t matter about the rule changes, the ball or the bats.
Ball players adjust, show up and participate.

Dbax (DC 5 to you) - Well said as usual. It's nice to hear what's right about Senior Softball for a change. Every inning on the field is a gift and every inning missed is an opportunity lost forever. Good luck and good health to each of the 204 squads in Reno.

sloball, click on the Tournaments button on the top left of the page, click on the Reno tournament, then click on the 204 teams tab. Scroll down to see the list.

Dave:
Us older dudes are relegated to Carson City, but we'll try to get by the 50 Major event if the schedule permits.
