July 13, 2009 BruceinGa Men's 70 3233 posts | Swing Speed Radar? Anyone here use one? I've found it useful to determine different bat speed when experimenting with alternative grips and swings. I'll also post this on MM's new website, http://www.batmilitia.com. I'll see some of you in Dalton! |
July 13, 2009 phils57 Men's 70 30 posts | I use the radar to monitor my bat speed during tee work, also when doing the Macenko drills I use it for instant feedback on how fast each swing is. From week to week you can see the improvement in batspeed. You just need to continually take batting practice to keep your timing sharp. |
